How to post an RFQ (request for quotation) and get quotesMarketplace+

Open Market and choose Post RFQ (or New RFQ with AI to draft it from a description). Describe what you need, the quantity and where it should be delivered, then publish. Suppliers on NexoSphere reply with quotes on the RFQ page, where you can compare them side by side and accept the one you want - accepting turns it into an order.

Check the email address and password, then try again. After several failed attempts sign-in pauses for a few minutes - wait, then retry. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the emailed link to reset it. If you use two-step verification, enter the current code from your authenticator app. If you think someone else signed in to your account, tell us right away and change your password.

Where to find invoices, receipts and VAT / tax detailsBilling+

Invoices you send to your customers live in your workspace under Invoices (and Tax invoices). Receipts for your own NexoSphere subscription are on the workspace Billing page. Tax (VAT) is charged according to the currency you pay in, and is shown on each receipt.

How pricing and plans work (small company, individuals)Pricing+

Free forever for individuals. Companies unlock modules as they scale - across the Philippines and UAE, in your currency. Is it really free to start? Yes. Individual professionals get the Personal plan free forever, and any company can create an account and explore before paying. No card required to sign up. What does a plan unlock? Each plan maps to a set of workspace modules - finance, payroll, tax, analytics and more. You only ever see what you paid for; locked modules show exactly what unlocks them. Which currencies can I pay in? PHP, AED and USD. Prices are set for the Philippine and UAE markets; USD is derived from the dirham peg. Switch currency at the top of this page. Do I have to verify my business? You can start immediately. KYB verification is what unlocks transacting on the verified network and marketplace - it is a trust upgrade, not a signup gate. Can I change or cancel my plan? Yes, anytime, from your workspace billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and unlock their modules on the spot.
